The initiative promotes solutions that are not only sustainable, but also inclusive and beautiful, while respecting the diversity of places, traditions, and cultures in Europe and beyond. “

Dreaming starts with the “Dream Together” phase. These dreams then included in the professional design process and voted upon during the “Decision” phase. During the construction and later on, citizens are informed with the “Development” portals.

The process starts with the Dreaming phase, people can walk into the geolocated portals and “Dream Together”. These dreams are collected and professionals are informed. Later, voting process opens with professionally designed options through “Decision Portals”. Citizens can see and vote among these options in fully immersive augmented reality.
